With more than 5000 stitchers working worldwide it is a testament to their robust construction and reliability, to this day Bizzozero still supply spare parts and service to the earliest machines produced.
BIZZOZERO’s target market has always been the small to medium sized printers and bookbinders and at GRAFITALIA 2009 they will be exhibiting the latest machines in their range that takes into account the latest technology in digital printing. These machines make it possible to set up a profitable shop very economically.

BIZZOZERO have always led the field when it comes to technical innovation in the carton board market and many of their machines are technically “world leaders”, for instance, the BOXMASTER 2750 and the CLEVER SLOTTER are but two examples. However, despite the huge success of the BOXMASTER 2750 there is now an improved version available, the new BOXMASTER 2750 CLEVER. This machine is 15% faster with a 10-fold increase in die-cutting area, so now it’s possible to accurately re-produce cuts, creases, slots and die cuts on any size and weight of corrugated carton board covering over 100 FEFCO codes with no loss of time.
BIZZOZERO’s core business has always been wire stitching, whether it is in the “print trade” or the “corrugated trade” and as such they have over 12 models of wire stitching machines on offer, these range from printers stitchers to a range of corrugated machines ranging from single head arm stitchers, twin-headed machines, table stitchers, semi-auto’s and fully auto’s.
During CONVERFLEX 2009 Bizzozero will be showing two new machines, a fully automatic squaring stitching unit that can be retrofitted to any casemaker and a more simple but hugely effective manual table arm stitcher that can stitch large cases. The table stitcher has an arm length of 2450mm and is “open” on the other side, which means you can stitch very big cases at low cost.
